My Etsy shop is open again, and this time with lots of new things.
The shop first began when I started putting interesting postage stamps and tiny pictures into resin, and then turning them into magnets and necklaces. Recently, after a bit of a long break, I started putting colorful little flowers along with moss and some glitter into resin for a new type of design.
It’s been so much fun creating all these different colorful designs and I am excited about making even more. Making something new and different is just the inspiration I needed to start my shop back up again.
Find these necklaces and more in my Etsy Shop, for $15.00.
Also follow along on my shop’s Instagram.
Hopefully even more items will be added soon!
I am pretty excited about these cute little sea shell necklaces I have made! They’re the perfect accessory to a summer time outfit.
All of them are made with mini shells I collected from the beach last year.
Whenever we go to the beach, there is always what I call the “crunchy layer”, which are little deposits of tiny shell fragments and stones buried under the sand or in a strand along the beach. I love digging through them and searching for mini seashells, and last year I had the great idea to make them into resin necklaces!
There are only four in my shop right now, but I have plenty more I am hoping to add later this week, so keep an eye out!
I just added a bunch of these cute bonsai magnets to my Etsy Shop!
I did a variety of ones with a black background and some with a mint background. I can’t decide which ones I like best!
I really love these bonsai stamps, they’re definitely one of my favorites to make. Maybe it’s because it was these stamps in particular that made me dream up my resin business! It all started when Steven found them on a box at work and brought them home to me because he thought I would like them. And I did! I liked them so much in fact, that I held on to them for months and months trying to figure out exactly what to do with them. I ended up ruining my original bonsai stamps in a resin disaster, but I found more on ebay and have made plenty of magnets and necklaces to make up for my ruined ones.
Do any of you guys have Etsy shops? If so, post a link and I’ll follow you!
I got a little obsessed with tiny seashells on my last trip to the beach, and just like everything else I like, my first thought was to put them in resin. So I ventured out into the ocean where there were a bunch of these tiny shells and I scooped them up and brought them home. I also brought home a bag of sand while I was at it!
This is what I currently have listed in my Etsy shop. But I’ll be adding more soon! These are so much fun to make.
I love seashells, but I always had a hard time trying to figure out how to display them. I think this is a really cool way to do it, and to be reminded of the beach all year round.
